Reflections & Transitions
Dear Soul Sister,
I’m sitting down to write this with a full heart, thinking about all we’ve shared this year. December feels like the perfect time to reflect, to dream, and to imagine what’s next. This Lori Letter is my way of inviting you to do the same. Let’s talk about unlocking new ideas and walking down new paths as we close out this chapter together.
You know how the end of the year has that special kind of energy? It’s a moment to pause, to honor how far we’ve come, and to let ourselves dream about what’s ahead. New ideas are like whispers from the universe, pushing us to grow and evolve. They’re invitations to explore new paths and trust ourselves enough to step into the unknown.
As we prepare for Christmas, a season of hope and renewal, I’m reminded of the importance of cherishing traditions while remaining open to new beginnings. This holiday is a time for connection, gratitude, and celebration; and it ties beautifully into the theme of embracing fresh possibilities.
I also want to take a moment to honor someone very special in my life. This month is my grandmother’s birthday. She suffers from dementia, but her physical presence remains a grounding force for me. Growing up, she taught me about resilience, kindness, and the beauty of small joys. Even now, her life is a reminder to stay present and find meaning in every moment. Grandma, happy birthday. Thank you for being a cornerstone of my life and for inspiring me to embrace life’s unknowns with grace and courage. 💕
Alright, back to business lol Do you remember when I first started this blog? It was just a tiny spark of an idea. I didn’t know where it would lead, but I trusted my intuition which said that it was the right step. Looking back, that one decision unlocked so many opportunities to connect, grow, and make an impact. New ideas are like that; they change more than just our paths, they change us.
Now, as I stand on the edge of another new beginning, I’m reminding myself of the same lesson: the magic happens when you trust the whispers and take the first step.
Here’s what I’m doing to embrace this next chapter, and maybe it will help you too:
1. Make Space to Reflect
I’m carving out time to journal about what I’ve learned this year and what dreams are calling to me. It’s a simple practice, but it always brings clarity.
2. Dream Without Limits
I’m letting myself write down EVERY idea, no matter how wild it seems. Sometimes the most “out-there” dreams lead to the most incredible paths.
3. Take the First Step
Even if it’s just a small action, I’m committing to moving forward. Momentum builds with each step, no matter how tiny.
What if this December, we all choose one area of life where we’d like to see change or growth? Let’s spend time reflecting, dreaming, and taking one small step forward. I’ll be right there with you all, figuring it out as I go.
As I take my own steps toward this new direction, I want you to know how much I appreciate you being part of this journey. Things might look a little different for Love Always Lori next year, but one thing will never change: my commitment to showing up for you with heart, passion, and purpose.
I’ll be sharing more soon, and I do hope you’ll continue to walk this path with me. This year has been a gift, and I’m so grateful we’ve shared it together. You have EVERYTHING you need to step boldly into the future, to create a life that feels true to you, and to dream bigger than ever before.
Thank you, again, for being part of this journey. Here’s to unlocking new possibilities, celebrating the magic of Christmas, and honoring the legacies of those we love. Here’s to stepping into the next chapter with courage and joy. WE got this, ladies.
With peace & SO much love,
Coach Lori
