Full Swing in Capricorn

Dear Soul Sister,

Today, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and renewal! Two weeks ago, I was battling sickness, but now, I am fully recovered and feeling much better. My journey back to health was a reminder of the resilience we all possess and the importance of self-care, especially as we stepped into the New Year. 

During my recovery, I celebrated another trip around the sun - my birthday! Shouts out to all of my Capricorn sisters! Even though I was still under the weather, the celebration was a gentle reminder of life’s preciousness (is that a real word?) and the joy of personal milestones. Birthdays, especially during these reflective times, are more than just a day; they are a celebration of our journey, our triumphs, and the wisdom we've gathered along the way.  

To set the tone for my personal new year, I created a vision board. This creative process is not just about setting goals; it's a powerful way to visualize our aspirations and align our intentions with our deepest desires. My vision board this year is filled with images and words that resonate with my journey towards deeper self-awareness, meaningful relationships (including meeting and coaching some of you!), and a life rich with purpose and joy. 

As a Capricorn, I find a special joy in this season. It’s a time that speaks to my soul – a blend of reflection, ambition, and the grounding energy that Capricorns are known for. It’s a period when setting intentions seems extremely potent, and the universe aligns with our deepest desires for growth and accomplishment. 

All these experiences – my illness, birthday celebration, and vision board creation – merge into a powerful message as we step into the new year. They remind us of the importance of prioritizing self-care and celebrating ourselves.

Each of us is on a unique path, filled with its challenges and triumphs. Taking the time to care for ourselves, to honor our journeys, and to set intentions for the future is not just an act of self-love; it’s a crucial step towards living a life that’s true to who we are. 

So, as we embrace the new year, let's remember to take care of ourselves, to celebrate our wins, no matter how small, and to keep our visions and dreams at the forefront of our journey.
